Ignorance and Confidence: Like Peas In a Pod

Ignorance and Confidence: Like Peas In a Pod

Cheers Mark, well spotted.
As funny as that quote is, there is a surprising level of truth to it as well.
Tonight I am going to get right to the point.
Are you ignorant of the things that matter?
For example… Do you ignore your past?
Or previous failures?
Past regrets perhaps?
If we are ever going to become effective at reaching our potential we need to learn this simple truth.
What we choose to ignore on a daily basis will define us all as much as what we choose to focus on.
To be successful in life you need to know what is important to you and what isn’t.
That will mean ignoring certain things.
Sounds simple right?
It isn’t actually.
It isn’t easy to ignore insecurity.
Or our fears and anxieties.
With practice though, you will get there.
Start with things that you actually can ignore.
Perhaps it’s a silly habit you have when you get nervous.
Like a growing muscle, you’ll move on to other greater challenges as you exercise your ignorance on a daily basis.
I hope this thought has challenged you somewhat today.
Because as discussed already, what you choose to ignore will ultimately determine your future destiny.
