Goals and Feelings

So as promised, here is part 2!
In part 1 we learnt how essential it was to have a strategy to achieve our goals.
In part 2 we will learn it is just as important to understand that how we feel about our goal will likely determine the goals outcome.
Let me explain…
As I have spoken about in previous posts,  our intentions create our reality.
How much you focus and feel on that intention is proportional to its capacity to create reality.
So we learn right from the start that despite how good your plan is, without sustained intention and feeling,  your likelihood of success is small.
As human beings we have a latent power within us that enables us to focus our feelings and consciousness.
This conscious self awareness can be harnessed to propel us faster towards our goals and dreams.
Scientists have actually proven that through the process of setting and achieving goals, our brains release dopamine.
Basically we can always be sure that we have an unlimited source of enthusiasm and energy to take us wherever we need to go.
You may feel down now, or discouraged that certain things have not gone your way.
Don’t be.
Step back and realise that as a human being, pure enthusiasm can propel you whenever you need to go.
Within you is everything you need.
It may not be the most efficient way…
WHO CARES!
Yes you have probably wasted valuable time and resources…
WHO CARES!
You probably have made many disappointing mistakes…
WHO CARES!
What really matters is that you have the courage necessary to start all over again.
Mediate and focus on what you want.
Feel the emotions of achieving it.
Connect with your future reality.
Now you’re an unstoppable force.
There is seriously nothing that will get in your way.
Dig deep.
Dream and focus with everything you’ve got.
Dare yourself into action.
I look forward to seeing you all at the top.
Not because you were necessarily the best.
Or the most efficient.
But because you had the courage to pursue the desires of your heart.
