A goal without a plan is just a wish
Just want to thank you all for responding to my previous question in my last post…
Some great feedback!
Basically I agree with you all.
Both the strategy and how you feel about the goal is vital.
Today I’ll deal with the strategy side.
So…
Put your hand up if you have ever set a goal in your life?
To lose weight?
To be happier.
To have a certain income?
If you were honest with yourself…
How many of those goals did you achieve?
What was your success rate?
Don’t feel bad at this point because the average success rate is extremely poor.
The real truth of the matter is that we all have an innate drive to set a goals.
The unfortunate reality is that most of us will never achieve them.
You can intend all you want.
Want something with all your heart.
But at the end of the day, you must have a plan.
How do you do this?

Three simple points…

  1. What do you need to change today in order to achieve the goal for tomorrow?
  2. What external factors are holding you back from achieving what you want to in life? Of those factors, what can you actually change? What do you need to do to make that happen?
  3. What can you take action on right now? If now is all you had,  what is the best you could do? Commit to doing this daily.
Simple right?
Well you would think so.
The problem is though we have the engine build but it has no fuel….
Yep… You guessed it
That fuel is how you feel.
